Weathermeister is an FAA-approved Qualified Internet Communications Provider (QICP). Weathermeister has a commitment to performing according to the following Quality of Service goals:

  1. Reliability – users are able to retrieve requested data from Weathermeister with no outage lasting longer than 10 minutes, and no more than 30 minutes of total outages (including outages due to maintenance) in any continuous 3-month period.
  2. Accessibility – Weathermeister is capable of initiating transmission of requested data during transactions with 100% of its users within 2 minutes.
  3. Security – Weathermeister employs Internet site authentication and maintains data integrity by using server digital certificate technology and Secure Sockets Layer protocol consistent with current accepted Internet standards. In addition, Weathermeister employs security practices to prevent unauthorized access to or modification of data, software and hardware.

Should you experience any outage beyond what is outlined above, or any deviation from the Quality of Service goals, please contact us to report the issue.
